For over two years Redfront has been working with key partners to pioneer a fast-track skills development project, co.lab.

The principle of co.lab is to support the training and development of new talent in-post, working across two or more organisations, with a focus on digital skills.

Our pilots have seen people working for us and for creative/marketing agencies, changing roles, developing new projects and participating in a regular programme of training.

co.lab provides businesses with the means to develop in-house capacity with minimum risk and with the intention of developing a workforce for the emerging needs of the changing business landscape.
