Phillippa has enjoyed over ten years developing strategies, services and projects in the public and private sector. She has special interests in the following areas: innovation, co-creation, talent development and enterprise. Past roles include service design for a regional partnership of eight museums and galleries; senior project manager at Prevista Ltd, a leading economic regeneration agency; planning and evaluation manager at NESTA (The National Endowment of Science, Technology and the Arts); and design and delivery of UK-wide creative sector campaign for Make your Mark (now called Enterprise UK) - the national industry-led coalition founded to promote enterprise and inspire young people to make their ideas happen. In addition, Phillippa has enjoyed mentoring both SMEs and young people; setting up active professional networks in five regions, facilitating innovation and design-related forums and events, nationally and internationally. She is a fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce), CIM qualified and sits on the Spacex Gallery board and the Designed in Devon committee. At Redfront, Phillippa specialises in user-engagement, strategic partnerships, service innovation and networks. |
