Things are moving on in Hull since Redfront helped them to create their dance strategy...
We had an email from the Arts officer at Hull City Council the other day to tell us that dance in the city has really taken off since we created the dance strategy with them.
They’ve raised the money to get a full-time Dance Development Officer and their regular dance festival has just had sell-out shows for the first time.
Obviously we can’t take the credit for all this. The team in Hull City Arts unit have been working hard to develop dance in the city for quite some time. But It’s always good to hear that the work we’ve done has been put to good use and continues to evolve.
